Oleonafta: 20 years of successful asset management

The Oleonafta company was founded in 2004. The main activity is asset management of legal entities in various business areas, namely:

Commercial real estate:

• shopping centers and retail real estate 100,000 sq.m.
• industrial and warehouse real estate 150,000 sq.m.
• office and administrative premises 20,000 sq.m.

Agriculture:

• 5 elevators, with a total capacity of 300,000 tons;
• 4000 hectares of cultivated land in the Saratov region

Leisure industry

• Country complex “Avangard”. Total area 4 ha
• Yacht club, capacity up to 300 boats
• Children’s entertainment center. Total area 2,500 sq.m.

Gas network management

• More than 560 km of gas networks

Experimental design and survey activities

• design of traffic light objects (ASUD) for the State Institution TsODD
• Integrated design of heating networks for PJSC MOEK
• Replacement of electrical equipment of thermal substations
• Outdoor lighting and architectural lighting projects
• Works under the programs “My Yard” and “My Street”
